I love Subway but this location has really bad customer service. They guy makes up his own rules about coupon use and I had never ever been to this location before. I told him I’d go to another store and he told me I’m wasting more money in going somewhere else for what I’ll buy. Talk about loyalty!
Customer service is really bad. The girl who was making a sandwich had an attitude and it not the first time this has happened. If she doesn’t like her job she can find a new one. Having an employee who treats costumers poorly is bad for business. Especially since I usually come here to get lunch. There are a ton of other restaurants around so I won’t be coming back here again.
Clean restaurant. Really nice owners. And not stingy with the toppings.
The lady making my sandwich had ear buds in. Was going slower than a sloth. At one point she dropped the mayo bottle on the sandwich and just kept going. They really need to hire better service people
I come to this outstanding restaurant many times as I enjoy the ambiance that is characterizes this place. The crew is very loving and well trained. The service is pretty rapid. Also, the food they prepare is great. I visited often and I was always satisfied. The pay is fair. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
