Maureen is awesome. Super friendly and always gives me options for different days/times she can accommodate me if the day/time I ask for isn’t available. She’s always busy and has someone in her chair every time I go. Her prices can’t be beat too! Maureen also did my grandmother’s(Mimi) hair for decades before she passed away. You won’t be disappointed!

I love love this Salon, My family and I have gone here for these past 3-4 years and they never fail me. I always to go to the male hair dresser and he is so comfortable and easy to talk to me always understands what I want.

I met the owner and hit it off while passing by the shop. I wanted her to do my hair on the spot. Since she was friendly and her prices were really reasonable. She couldn't squeeze me in on that day because she was booked solid mind you there was only one client there on that day nor could she book me on that week or weekend. I called via phone and finally she was able to give me lTuesday the week before the holiday. Trust me that was after weeks of trying to get in to get my hair done. Everyday was booked solid per her and her busy schedule. I had an emergency come up and wasn't able to make it to my scheduled hair appointment but I definitely called in advance to let her know I wasn't going to be able to make it and if she could reschedule my appointment for another day and time. I left her the message on her answering machine since I wasn't able to reach her personally. Then I never heard back from her upon leaving my message for her. Up until calling her yesterday in the evening and letting her know if she had any openings for this coming Friday since I would be around that area for an additional appointment for something else. She never replied back to the message I left her yesterday. So I went ahead and called her early in the afternoon today. She answered the phone and said your business is not wanted here. Please look elsewhere as I don't want your business and I'm booked solid for the holidays. You left me hanging for your scheduled hair appointment on such date and now I'm not going to reschedule you another appointment. Wow I was hurt and shocked at her attitude and the way she handled the situation. I was completely taken off guard by her rudeness and attitude. I called back to apologize repeatedly as I did when I left the message on her answering service for the scheduled hair appointment I wasn't able to make because an emergency had come up. But this time she let the phone go to voice mail instead as to not wanting to deal with me personally period. Such a nice lady too at upon meeting her the first time and I got a good impression of her but apparently I was wrong altogether. I know her clientele must be endless. Since her prices are great but personally I don't know if her craft is just as good given her attitude and rudeness just because you missed the first hair appointment with her because of circumstances beyond your control. Or maybe my business isn't wanted there because I'm Latino and not of white descent. Thank you it just shows you the kind of character people really are in the end. What they portray in the outside is not who they are on the inside. . Great people person and great prices that's all I can say. Since I didn't get the whole experience.
