Hey Totem, you need to change your website open/ closed days & hours-. Website stated open Sat. Nope you're not open-. We found that out when we got there. Wasted trip! Grrrrrrrrr.
I went in the store and paid for sand tubes they told me to go to the side of the building someone would help me in the yard. When I was in the yard know body would help me out every person would drive by and completely ignore I tried to talk to one of the drivers on a fork lift but he completely ignored me after waiting 10-15 minutes I decided to drive a round the yard to find the sand my self when driving around I stopped a worked there and asked him where do they keep the sand he tells me they don't have any I told him are you sure I just paid for it in the front office he then tells me if we have any its got to be around the corner so he goes and checks comes back and tells me its around the front corner of the building and walks away so I went to look for the sand and I had to drive my car threw all this mud and load it up my self I decided to go back to the office and said I like a refund al take my business somewhere else.

This company was by far the worst and most un-professional business. I went in the store to pick up an order and was insulted to my face by the owner. Next, I had a hard time finding supplies and all the staff refused to help me and acted in the most rude way possible. To sum it all up, I went in and got charged DOUBLE for two products that were 24.99 each and they also gave me a hard time as a whole with my company when ordering lumber. DO NOT buy from this store... There are others much better!
