Intelligent Service is a great company! John came to help install 2 new faucets - one for our kitchen and one for our bathroom. He was really fantastic! He called first to tell me what time he would be here and was prompt. He looked at everything first, then made some recommendations based on our older house’s plumbing issues, and then gave me a fair quote given how much work needed to be done to our plumbing. He was very tidy, hard-working, thorough, and nice. I had a bathroom remodel go terribly wrong leading to water damage. Feeling very defeated I contacted Intelligent Plumbing and technician Tom came to assess. Tom was WONDERFUL! He was so knowledgeable and confident he could correct all the issues. All piping under the sinks and in the shower/tub were replaced and the issues corrected. Tom was careful to apply tarp and wear booties to ensure minimal mess. He also wore his mask the entire time which I appreciated due to COVID. I really just can't thank him enough. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end result. In addition to the great service by the plumber...the office staff are amazing. Raquel was so pleasant and reassuring and got me an immediate appointment. She offered online coupons to assist with the costs involved with this repair. This company is like a breath of fresh air. THANK YOU!

Last week, during the freezing cold weather, my heat decided to go out on me. I panicked and I called a few places but Intelligent Service came to the rescue. From working with Raquel on the phone to arrange my help, and Sean coming to my rescue, the entire company is amazing. Not only did they get my heat working within hours of it going out, they saved my family and I from the cold weather and having to go to a hotel. And, to top it off, they are so friendly and professional. I would call them for any of my future repairs. I highly recommend them.
