As a property manager I am always in need of a good plumber, along with other trades. Central Plumbing Co was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. They were on time for the initial appointment to provide a quote and on time for the repairs. Prompt paperwork, repairs, and documentation. Their work quality was great and the employees took time to layout cardboard, drop clothes, and were thoughtful of the property. When I'm need of a plumber in the future I will be using Central Plumbing Company.

We have used Central Plumbing for most of our plumbing needs and remodeling in both of the houses we owned in Elk Grove Village since we first moved there in 1987! We always trusted their advice and their work, knowing that some of the family members of this company, themselves, had lived in the village and were very familiar with the houses and the plumbing construction. In fact, over time, we became familiar with second and third generations as they began to operate the business. We actually called upon Rob Ryan, recently, to write an explanation letter regarding a compliance issue as we were in the process of selling our second home to retire out of state. He was very cordial and respectful of the time frame in which we needed the letter, sending it to our lawyer, the next day. We were quite grateful to him as it helped to complete the final phase of our house sale. I would recommend Central Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I had water leaking from my basement ceiling. Chris from Central came out right at the appointment time. Found the leak and fixed the problem.nIn addition , I had him give me an estimate for a new hot water heater.nGot the estimate while he was still here and approved it and set up the next day for the installation. He showed up with an assistant to help him right on time and they got the job done in a couple of hours.nGreat job, great work and very timely. Chris was outstanding the entire time and very professional.nI would recommend Central Plumbing to anyone. They were outstanding, thanks to Chris.

Plumbing as it should be! These guys are hands down the best. 24/7, they take care of you. Clean, quick, and cost effective. There are a lot of services out there who try to double up when they have to get parts, come back, and they charge twice. These guys have everything they need to get the job done. Professional, friendly, and the best service in the Chicagoland area in my opinion. Came out to fix a frozen and split pipe, and have come back on Saturdays for other needs. Also servicing other family members in the area now.

Rob's in-home estimate was informative and helpful; TJ and Jason did quality work in a professional manner on the couple of different items that needed attention and repair. Working with Central was an overall positive experience, they exceeded expectations and would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs!
