We had the pleasure of working with U.S Water Heating Solutions today. The ladies at the office were very nice and helpful. Our Technician that came out was Martin. He called to let us know he was on his way, and then he arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand and took care of our issue with no problem. Martin is a great asset to your company! Thank you.
They came through in a pinch on a Saturday after we were left high and dry from another co. Dry bc we couldn't take showers :) they responded quickly, Erin was SO nice, Mike was communicative and prompt. In 30 min we were good to go. Masked and professional, happy as can be. We paid a little extra for Saturday service but totally worth it.

I hope we don't need to have our water heater repaired again, but if we do I definitely hope that Martin is the technician they send to us!!!
This issue was a water heater that would not come on. The water heater was under warranty. The service tech was prompt and courteous. While the issue was NOT a failed water heater but an problem with the breaker which had already been repaired once. The service person sent me images of his diagnostics that I could take back to the electrician.nI would absolutely use this company again
Our technician Dan was great! He called to let me know when he was on his way and it was very timely. He was very professional and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He did an outstanding job.
