Kelvin was super proficient and explained what we needed done in a clear and concise way. We had a lot of questions and Kelvin handled it very well. He also took great precautions with protecting us and himself in regards to COVID. I would definitely recommend Empire Plumbing Service for any plumbing needs! Kudos!

I appointed Kelvin as a specialist to review a sewer oddity found in general inspection on a SFH purchase. That was quickly identified, however he also took the time to go over all of the plumbing with me. He found numerous places where the plumbing had not been added to or updated properly. The amount of work to fix it up to current code was great, and Kelvin's diligence helped us avoid huge bills in the future by passing on the property. Highly recommend!

Responded quickly, came out quickly, fixed the problem and charged us a fair price. Plumber was a young guy who knew his stuff, and was very friendly. He gave us some recommendations for how to prevent issues in the future and gave us estimates at different levels. I appreciate that he didn't pressure and explained things thoroughly. My problem was fixed and I feel more educated on my entire plumbing situation.

I contacted Empire Plumbing Service last week for an unknown leak in our guest bathroom. Jim was the name of a the plumber who came out to quickly identify and resolve the issue. He was very courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend him for the job if you have any plumbing issues. Overall, I can see why the company has so many five star reviews and I highly recommend Empire Plumbing services!

I called because I needed my washer hooked up. They were able to come within the hour so that was fantastic. Tech explained everything to me and was very friendly. Found the most economical solution to our problem, and executed it flawlessly! This is his second time here, and did excellent job both times. I would highly recommend and I will be calling them if I need help in the future.
