Fantastic job!!! Thank you Greg!!! Greg came out to our house on a Sunday to help us out of an emergency. He did a fantastic job! He is very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us why we had the problem and what we can do to avoid it in the future. Besides the excellent service he provided, the service was also affordable. We called some places before coming upon this company. Those other places wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. This service was affordable even though it was an emergency. Greg was timely and professional. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!!

Great Customer Service from the get go. Mr. Rooter came out to give our business an estimate on our broken urinal. They called the next day with a followup on the quote. Asked if we had questions...ordered the part and came out to do the job. They called to see if they could come out early. Explained what they were doing and got the job done right. Very excited about the whole process considering we called another company that was recommended. They called me a 1/2 hour before they were scheduled to be at our office and canceled. I made a special trip to the office since we have a seasonal business. I was mad! My sister read the reviews on Mr. Rooter and figured we would give them a try. Highly recommended!

Sump Pump was not working causing back-up to operate. The Mr. Rooter serviceman immediately identified problem as a defective float switch and without removing the pump backup, worked on the problem by reaching down into the pump pit. Switch was quickly and successfully installed. The serviceman provided a very positive experience for my family.

We had a great experience using Mr. Rooter Plumbing, not once but twice. Each time the service was great and they found and fixed or replaced everything we were having a problem with. They also did a free pipe inspection. The last job they did was a sump pump replacement and water heater replacement. Their prices are fair and the plumbers are honest and friendly. The customer service is very quick to answer your call or respond as soon as they can. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I have used Mr. Rooter for plumbing issues for several years and can always count on their plumbers to do exceptional wok.nI appreciate the phone call reminder ahead of the appointment. The service personnel are always on time and and are efficient and great problem solvers. Care is taken to clean up after the work is done. J.J. was my plumber and he did an excellent job for me and I would recommend him for any future plumbing needs.
