Had a leak in the toilet seal that was leaking water into the basement. Matt and another guy (didn't catch his name) came in and immediately knew what the problem was and how to fix it. They explained how everything worked with the seal so I knew exactly what was being done. Will definitely do business again.

I had a very bad experience, they poured water from the blockage into my sump pump which clogged up and they did/would not accept any responsibility for replacing. Customer service did not return my call on two occasions and they were an hour later than the time stated on both visits.

We received outstanding service from J & S Plumbing this week. We had a mystery leak that was a big concern for us. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and the plumbers were prompt the day of the appointment. Matt and Steven were friendly and professional. They did a thorough job investigating the problem and did a great job explaining the situation. After that, they completed the work quickly and the amount of the service was reasonable. Hopefully we don’t have a plumbing need again soon but if we do, we would definitely call J & S again!

I want compliment J & S Plumbing for their overall service. The office staff was very efficient and pleasant in getting my appointment all set. Matt the plumber came out and he was excellent! Very informative, prompt and very neat in his work. He was even so nice to my dogs! I highly recommend this service!

We were referred by a technician for this company when we asked on our local Facebook page for a good plumber to get a stubborn backed up drain unclogged. The technician named Lester was extremely helpful and made us his first morning priority to get the job done. He responded and did the job fast and was very friendly and professional about it providing additional knowledge to prevent the same issues from happening again. Hopefully we won't need a plumber again, be when and if we do. We will give our business to J&S Plumbing again.nThank you!!!
