Was so excited to try. Was appliance shopping at Sears and wanted to go. I went on a Sunday at 540. 20 minutes to close, and was turned away. I didn’t know 540 equaled to 600pm. Super dissappointed to get turn away before they closed, but the person before us was taken. We actually was on the elevator together. Over it, will spend my money elsewhere

A HEADS UP ABOUT THE $3.14 promo. If you’re going on the day that your $3.14 coupon expires (4/12), be sure to allow yourself a lot of time to get it because you probably aren’t the only person with the code. Don’t show up 30 minutes before closing. I went the day before the promo expires and I had to wait in line 25 minutes. Easily one of the bigger lines in the dining pavillion besides the boba tea one.nnService was friendly, and the red vine pizza was real good. The cherry tomatos added a delicious pop, and the mozzarella and pizza sauce were a great fusion.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I have recently had to go gluten free and haven't been eating out at all. It's seriously next to impossible to find gluten free restaurant food. Blaze had three different types of gluten free crusts and amazing fresh topping options! The manager was so nice and took a lot of time to walk me through the options. They even switch gloves when they do the gf pizzas. I chose the cauliflower crust based upon his recommendation and it was amazing!!!

Tuesday evening I ordered my gluten free pizza on the blaze website and I came to pick it up and the cheese and spinach on the pizza was burned to a crisp! (The pizza had black burned spots everywhere). I spoke to the girl who was working there and I informed her that the pizza was burned and she told me the pizza was not burned because the crust was not burned. Umm what are you serious? Well I then requested twice to have my pizza re made and had the nerve to say that the pizza would come out the same way! Well I have been to this location many times and other locations and i never received my pizza this way. She also informed me that gluten free pizza dough burns easily, well I have gotten many gluten free pizzas in other restaurants and frozen ones at the grocery store and that’s just not true! She was very rude, has a bad attitude and was talking over me. I was so fed up with her rude behavior that I requested a refund (twice) and left. I’m not returning to this location, this employee needs to work on her customer service skills because she doesn’t have any.
