The lady working the drive through on the 5th of February at 12:30am (Katarina) was the most cheerful person I've ever met! She was super nice and very friendly. I will come back here just because of how polite and courteous she treated us. Update, Katarina is still cool but they discontinued the Mexican pizza a while back. Long story short I don't eat at taco bell because that's all I get. Nothing against this taco bell, just the chain in general for dropping the Mexican pizza.

We should be able to leave a comment with out the star. No straw, cold food, no sauce, water down fruit punch. Waste of money will never return. Pandemic or not just terrible

Placed an online order for 4 $5 boxes 2 quesadillas and a free hard shell taco I had in my rewards. Total was $33.43 .nStopped somewhere close and checked the order because there was a lot of food and custom changes to some things... They had only put 2 boxes and the quesadillas in the huge bag they gave me.nWent back and someone said I only ordered 2 boxes... I said I ordered 4 because 2 $5 boxes and 2 quesadillas don't cost 33 dollars! Told them what I had in the missing boxes. Received two boxes. Got to my car and had to go in again because they gave me two crunchy tacos instead of cheesy gordita crunches. Go in and tell them what they did wrong again and showed the receipt on my phone to assure them I paid for 4 $5 BOXES! And what they had in them.nI had to go in both times because the drive thru line was too long and if you call their phone number it doesn't work. What a waste. By far the worst experience I have ever had.

I’m not usually one to complain, but this time kinda pushed my buttons. Did not get what I ordered. Literally everything was wrong except the drink. They are usually on top of it, but this time they were not.
