While going through a tough separation I met Shauna who met with my husband and I to place our marital home up for sale. Shauna handled this very sensitive matter with complete sympathy and respect for both myself and husband and got us the bed deal possible. She then helped me find a home for myself and 3 children. This process took a year; she was very patient, very thorough in explaining everything to me, she always gave advice as if it was for her and her own family.Her negotiation skills was very next level thinking.nAlthough she is a busy lady, her responsiveness makes you feel like you always have her undivided attention. I truly believe she cares for the well being of her clients. She wears her heart in her sleeve and will go over and beyond to find the best house/deal possible for her clients.

I just bought my first home with Lamacchia Realty. My agent was Laura Messina, who I can't say enough good things about. I had a few obstacles in the home-buying process, and Laura helped me through it. She was always very responsive, professional, friendly, and understanding. I will definitely be going with Lamacchia Realty again next time I'm on the market.
