Service is always lacking at the Clocktower store. I love the food, but at this particular location, we consistently have problems getting what we ask for. We're usually shorted, or receive something different from what was ordered. Yesterday, I had a coupon for 8 pieces of fish or chicken for $8.88. At the drive up I told them about the coupon and I wanted a mix. He asked what sides I'd like, and I told him. When I drove around to pick up my order, he told me it would be over $17. I showed him my coupon that said it should be only $8.88 He told me at that price it wouldn't come with sides, and I said that was ok, he was the one who had asked what I wanted. He and another worker continually griped at me about the sides, insisting I pay over $17 for his mistake, rather than letting me just have the meat without sides at the $8.88 price. I opted to forgo getting anything rather than endure more of their haranguing.

The two times I ordered from here on my dash shift the food was so fire and warm. Loved it. The staff didn’t make you feel unwelcome like some fast food places in Springfield.

I have always enjoyed the fish and chicken. Their service is most always friendly and timely and rarely does a rush create a long wait

No LJS where i live... love the fish. I did a follow up visit on the way out of town. There at 1045. They open at 11. Another car left when i did. Too bad, fish to go would have been nice.
