Sometimes , you want a personal touch and you ain't going to find it at the big box stores. That's what I love about this place , they always take the time to help you find exactly what you need . Please support these smaller stores , because once they are gone - you can kiss good service goodbye !
Poor customer service. The basically told me I have no idea what I’m talking about. I’ve been in my field for 20+ years and I was talked down to and when I told them they were wrong about tinting ceiling paint they told me they couldn’t do it. I made a call to my Behr rep and my Sherwin williams rep and both agreed with me. Like I said I’ve been in the painting business for 20 years. I think the paint dept needs more education. Vic was argumentative and rude. I will never buy another item from this store. I’d rather drive another 10 miles to Home Depot.
The workers r very polite also very helpful and show you exactly what u need they most certainly have been trained well cause they knew what they was talking about.
I visit here weekly to get parts quickly for apartment maintenance. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to help you. Normally have exactly what I need, if they do not they will order it for you. Highly recommend!
I love this Ace! The staff is always amazing. Has just what I need and the keys I have had cut from here always work. I have never had a problem with any thing here.
