I will never shop here again
Great store, loaded with just about everything you need for home projects. Clean with friendly employees. Some of the workers lack knowledge about the store layout but given the size this is understandable. Checking out can be a little slow when busy but no worse than most stores.
I was told to leave the building because i did not have a mask on. When I requested one they explained that they have them for sale at the front but that they can't sell me anything if I'm not wearing a mask.nI am no longer doing business with companies that implement policies such as these.
Prices go up when they have the 11% sales, so you think your getting a good deal. Tell me how the staff members are going to help someone when they tell you would you please move out in the isle so you will be 6 feet away from me. Poor poor poor customer service from staff member Gregg.
Very happy they make you wear a mask here. Found some cheap firewood for $5 a bundle back in their fireplace/ plumbing department. I was here 9/13 around 6-6:30pm getting my 2 bundles of firewood. My cashier was the nicest sweetest girl I’ve had a chance to talk with. Give her a Team member of week or month vote.
