Agents like Trish B that work for this company are intentionally deceitful in their listings. They are listing homes for lower than asking price to get more views and noting in the comment section that they are “accepting X price”, which is far above that of the list price they denoted. Very underhanded way of increasing views on their listings which is unethical.
