Had a great experience with the plumbing division and decided to switch our heating and a/c to northwest. Received an appointment for afternoon to service our four units. Waited until after 3 and called to find out they weren’t coming because they were under staffed. Rescheduled for two weeks later and same thing happened. No call telling us they would not be coming. Apparently not really interested in new business. Will try someone else.nnAfter a conversation with Bill D., I gave Northwest a 3rd chance and they delivered. Alex showed up on time. He was easy to work with, pleasant competent and efficient. Expect to see them again in the fall for furnace maintenance. Thank you.
Couldn't imagine a better plumbing company. I broke a weld on a pipe while trying to remove a washing machine hose and found myself with no water during peak AC repair season. I had 2 brand new wash machine water supply valves installed within 3 hours of calling and my bill was very reasonable considering the work that was done.
Joe fixed several drains and replaced our sump pump. He did an awesome job and went the extra mile with cleanup. He was very professional! We plan on using Northwest for all our plumbing problems!
Northwest Mechanical repaired a drain and installed a new hot water heater. I was very pleased with the work. Jake did a great job on the heater and Joe was awesome with the drain! Highly recommend.
