Dan arrived as he stated.nHe assessed the status of my water heater and said that it needed to be replaced. He gave me the price which I agreed with and began getting the job taken care of. An upstairs condo provides some extra effort including draining the old with a longer hose, getting it down a flight of stairs, bringing the new one up those 13 stairs, getting it to fit into a tight spot and getting it all set up.nHe was very professional in keeping me informed of exactly what was happening.nDan was great like all the people I have had do work for me from Northwest over the years. Mike had helped me and he was very informative, nice, and helpful. It really showed his dedication and education to his profession.nHe gave me options for the repair and didn't pressure me for an expensive resolve. A+ service, will recommend, and call again for future repairs.
Mike was great to work with. He was extremely honest, helpful & professional. He alerted us that the issue was not our piping, but actually a leak from the roof. He talked us through the necessary repair & was quick to note that a replacement of the vent wasn't necessary, even though it would have been a 1k+ sale for him. I am SO appreciative his help today. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service.
I have used Northwest for years and they never disappoint. The work is done correctly, they price it fairly, and most of all, they are HONEST. No hidden or extra charges, you know the scope upfront and if they don't HAVE to do something, they don't do it. Great people.
Jeff was wonderful! He answered all my questions and kept me updated about the entire install process. He was quick, clean, and on time. Bonus, my dog liked him and she doesn't like just anyone. So he's A+ in our books!
