I was so happy when my husband told me we could get our air ducts done within a few days of calling especially since we are expecting a baby here soon! They came within a few days which was great however I have never seen such lack of care and respect for a home. My husband and I freshly painted this year and there are SO many scuff marks and paint chipped from them cleaning our air ducts. I wish I could say it was in a few minor places however it’s literally EVERYWHERE. Our stair case, doors, baseboards, corners, kitchen cabinets, and trim around doors. Not to mention leaving our ceiling full of dirty finger prints that leads into our attic in our hallway. Unfortunately my husband was in the middle of working from home when he paid and didn’t see the 20+ spots they wrecked and paid $500 for the service. I am seriously SO disappointed that I now will be spending my last few weeks of pregnancy with my husband touching up paint and cleaning our ceiling.

Excellent service! We called and they got us in that afternoon. They said that we were luck they had a cancellation that afternoon if that was not to soon for us. And the service was fast, they were in and out in under an hour. Very polite.

Quality of work was good but an employee of Steam Pro refused to wear a mask and expressed his feeling about the required mask policy including using strong unprofessional language over the topic. If you have a health issue make sure to request a worker who respects their clients health.

Call first thing in morning came out 11:00am did a great job cleaning and eliminating the smell. In hall way and stairs in our Condo complex.
