Karlee is absolutely amazing!! Very down to earth and good at what she does.
Not a good place to go waited 49 minutes for my stylist my appointment was at 2:00 not 2:40. No concept of time I will never return no excuses.
The salon is open for selected services. Only seen 1 beautician and 1 working the register they do have masks on and JCPenneys does have a ton of sanitizer everywhere!! Only con is they have a very small supply of anything in the store! Only like 15 bottles total of nail polishes available and other in store stock is extremely limited best to order online for best selection! Staff is very friendly!!
Rip-off pricing not reflective of what is listed on the website. Very much overpriced for a very basic haircut - more than 3x the price listed on website. I did not realize this in advance as I did not set the appointment.nMake sure to get a quote in advance as their pricing is deceptive.
Maime does a great job and is very professional.
