I have live in Charles River Landing for almost 10 years . And I love every minute of it . The staff is very helpful and professional. The maintenance is fast, polite and effective . The management is Always upgrading , redecorating , improving the facilities , Always impecable.nHighly recommend it , safe and close to everything.

We have lived here for almost 2 years. If you are considering moving in - DON'T, or only move into top floor units that are much more expensive. Noise cancellation is a joke. We have a family above us with a child and everything they do can be heard clearly. The noise that comes from the units next to us and above is CRAZY loud! Before this family there were 2 students with parties every Friday and Saturday - so we had to call the police.nOffice is not responsive to this issue, we have been trying to solve it a few months already. 1 office representative left and no-one even followed up on our issue. When we asked to be moved to different unit within the same building we were told to pay fees of $2500+. What for? For someone jumping on our head every night and early mornings. I'm not even asking for any discounts or anything - just move me to different unit and I'll pay for movers. ZERO service.nFire alarm went off multiple times in the middle of the night in the past month. There is some sort of issue they can't figure out for a few months already and the alarm just goes nuts. 2AM, 3AM.nWILL NOT RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE.

Concierge and office are unprofessional. I'm not sure who posts these 5 star reviews - everyone I've spoken to is unhappy moving out and bunch of units are empty.

My parents lived here for about 18 months. The staff were friendly enough & the lobby was really nice but that's about all I can give them credit for. Rent was exorbitantly high — they present themselves to be a luxury apartment complex but their glory is totally faded. The apartment itself was nice enough but the halls & common areas aside from the lobby were gross. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed, the walls were dirty, they did a repair on a wall in one stairwell that went unpainted the entire time my folks were living there. Grounds were a mess too — overflowing trashcans & tons of dog waste. Communications from the staff were always cold & threatening. As a nice coup de grace, they hit my parents with a completely unreasonable bill after they moved out because they had painted two of the walls — even though CRL would certainly have repainted the apartment anyway. TL;DR — the place is gross, management treats tenants like dirt. If you're looking for luxury in Needham you're almost certainly better off across the street at the Kendrick.
