The Kendrick building and leasing team could not be more exceptional. The building is state of the art and well decorated. The concierge is friendly and helpful with all requests. The leasing office answers any questions you might have and takes care of any issues. The units are spacious and fantastic. The residents work hard to make the building feel like a community where everyone is welcome. Without a doubt, calling the Kendrick your home is the smartest decision you could make, and I am so happy to have spent the past year of my life there

I would say the concierge’s team is very helpful especially Shania. She resolves matters quickly when I present problems to her. There’s a nice residence here and the property is nice too. Overall my state here has been fine.

Both my daughter and I have been working with Stephan over the past couple of weeks. He has been timely, thorough and patient with us during this transition. He has made the move seamless for us and we really appreciate his effort. I am glad he is part of The Kendrick Team.
