This company is the most responsive I’ve dealt with in Des Moines. My toilet broke and a new one was ordered and installed within 17 hours! This happened two days before Christmas AND they didn’t overcharge me! Pat and his team are great and the work quite reasonable. I will never use anyone else.
Pat and team are absolutely the best of the best. They do quality work fast and at a fair price, but they also make sure that you as the customer are taken care of completely and are satisfied with everything.nnI've had them work on two different houses now and could not be happier. They really went the extra mile and finished up each project (both of which were major overhauls) in a single day.nnThey even came out on a Saturday when they couldn't fit me in during the week, to make sure my family had working water and (boiler) heat.nnI cannot recommend Priority highly enough. If you live in the Des Moines area you shouldn't bother calling anyone else.
Priority identified a major issue with our hot water heater that was installed by another company. We appreciated their attention to detail! Will certainly use them for future plumbing needs.

I meant to post this sooner! Back in January, we had an emergency plumbing issue when the pipes on our washer froze and burst during a snow storm. Priority was here fixing it within a half hour. They swapped the old, busted copper piping with plastic. I was so impressed! We'll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.
