They did a nice job on the nails however the prices for design are high. Van is the best tech. A very nice person and her nails are spot on!
I got a full set and the lady that did my nails was great! I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and it came out perfect. I highly recommend this nail salon as it’s very clean and they follow COVID procedures! I always leave satisfied with the services.
I went for a full set and showed the owner the design. We were all good to go until he started. I wanted brown and he kept telling me how i needed to pick a darker spring color. Then, he kept getting up multiple times to take money. Which is understandable as he sits right there. I was patient and understanding. Then he gets to the part of starting the design and says he will charge me $105. I made some changes to the design bc that was not in my price range. Then I asked him to pull the color down a little more to cover almost half of the nail (it was like a U shaped french tip design) and then he proceeded to tell me how what I wanted would need for some other product to be used. All I wanted was the nail to be covered more in the gel color. At this point I was fed up and just told him to do a clear coat and I left. The nail shaping is not even worth the time or the money I spent in the salon. I am very upset and annoyed bc I come here all the time for my pedicures and couldn’t believe a simple design that was discussed before had turn into this whole big thing. The money wasn’t a problem i would have paid whatever for what I wanted but it felt like all he cared about was charging me and not the quality of what he was doing.
Very friendly and courteous staff. They do a good job and do not rush things. A great place to come to be pampered and relax.
This is my second time going here. I request Megan! She is cheerful fast and neat with her work. With all going on in our world she offers cheerfulness with a positive additude.
