This is a great place. But it is no longer called Tonsorial Salon. We changed the name to Universal Hair Salon. Same staff and same work.

I’ve tried out half a dozen barbershops in New Haven before I found this place. They really listen to what you want and they always deliver for less money than hyped places

Good cheap cuts. Fast and friendly. Despite a language barrier they did exactly what I asked. I live in a different part of the state now but still make the trek when I need to get my hair cut.
