The shop is very small with no social distancing during the pandemic.nnThey DONT WEAR MASK!nnMiriam told me to come in at 9 and when I arrived the shop was closed and no one showed up until almost 10:30.nnThe chairs aren’t cleaned or disinfected after each customer!nnThe women doing hair are talking and eating while touching your hair at the same time with dirty hands. The ends of my braids had lettuce in them.nnFind some place else! Disgusting dirty shop! Always late and has to call people to come in that won’t arrive until hours later.
I ABSOLUTELY HATED THIS PLACE! I called and scheduled an appointment to get my hair done, I was told to come at 11. When I got there, I was told that Miriam would be there shortly to do my hair, & waited an hour for her to come. When she arrived, she told me that someone else was coming to do my hair. They were accepting walk- ins, and seating people with hairstyles that would take WAYYYY more hours than my hairstyle. I asked when I would be tended to, and I was told that no one there cornrows and that the person was on their way. I was still waiting to be seated at 3pm! I ended up leaving in a fury. I wasted $25 on an uber there and $25 on an uber back home. If they didnt have the time, nor the hands, all they had to do was simply state that, and I wouldn't have wasted my time. People are so money hungry. NEVER will they EVER get business from me.
I will not be returning was baited in with the hope that me and my daughter can get our hair done at the same time.Miriam lied to me and told me she would be arriving with three girls. They started my hair my daughter hair was never done. They do alot of talking eating and use of cellphone which prohibits them from getting your hair done in a timely manner. They even had the nerve to ask if i would be bringing my child back the following day to get her hair done. ud83dude44
Miriam has always been beautifully spirited who puts passion into braiding.
They do good hair but they are inconsiderate of your time. They’ll start your hair then take multiple breaks Or other customers.Have lunch. Take calls. Store runs.... you name it. Making a 3 hour job a 7 hour job. It was 4 people with appointments at the same time with only 1 employee there. Then they favorite line is “she on her way” which could be another 2 hour wait.... if you have time to waste I’d come here but if you’re in a rush find somewhere else.
