I have been going to Delicate Nails since 2018. The place is always so clean and my nails last. Prices are reasonable.
Clean place, nice paint job, but didn’t get the service I asked for. I asked for gel and got regular polish (although she did a good job polished my toe nails). I didn’t get a massage or my feet scrubbed at all. Even when I reminded her, nothing was done. I was confused. She spent about 20 minutes on my feet plucking out cuticles (which she did a good job plucking) and painting my toes, (which she did a good job painting) even though I asked for gel. I didn’t get a massage or my feet and legs scrubbed. Just dipped my feet in warm water and dried and painted. I could have saved my money and just painted my toes at home. Not to mention, I felt bullied into tipping. I definitely won’t be going back. I gave it a 2 start for the cleanliness of the facility, but I am highly unsatisfied and won’t be going back.
Friendly staff. Clean environment and follow all Covid restrictions. Beautiful work, I always leave loving my nails.
Stopped by when I was in the area with time to kill and thought would treat myself to a mani/pedi. Everything was clean and well organized and the service was great.
Best nail salon with the friendliest staff. Exceptionally clean, Yeona, James and their team take every Covid precaution measure seriously. Such a talented group!
