Had an appointment with a friend to do pedicures together. They started my friend before I arrived as I was 5 minutes late and the technician assigned to me rushed through the “spa” experience. She was interrupted several times by the owner to leave me to clean up after manicures or to replenish hot towels etc. The massage was a 10 minutes of rubbing my legs up and down. No foot massage. Never again.
Horrible!!! Don't go there !!nThis place was suggested to me so I made and appointment and was a little late but I thought they would understand because they had two people and didn't look at all busy there but they said I was late so I made an appointment the next day and showed up early and they denied my appointment!!!!! They said they can't do it And I should come tomorrow. I won't ever be going there again very poor service and I also felt very uncomfortable walking in because everyone just stared at me saying nothing.
Worst nail service. Gel is uneven and color is all over fingers. Couldn't even apply the color evenly and it took an hour and 45 minutes. Going to have to spend more money to have someone else do it right. Tried to get pink and white gel but they couldn't get a straight line in the French
Gel color everywhere and chipping. Hangnails galore. Worst eyebrow job and tons of hairs left. Asked for manager or any of their names and they refused. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
