First time and delicious. Perfect southern sweet tea. perfect brown and crispy catfish. generous portions. they bring to your car after you go in and order. 10 min. wait only. I'll be back for the wings!
If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an online order as told for Togo at 11:30am for pick up at 12:10pm. After waiting an additional 20 minutes at the restaurant the order was still not ready. The lady who answered the phone stated “she didn’t know why it wasn’t ready but they would be right out with it” after waiting an additional 10 minutes (now making my order 30-40 minutes late) and watching several orders come out I called back in for a refund and suddenly the food was ready. This is terrible service even for a busy lunch hour when you even order 40 minutes ahead of time. Will not be returning anytime soon.
Great food and very friendly staff! I never knew this gem was in ttown until a couple months ago (after being here for 4 years) and I will definitely be returning!
We always visit Catfish Heaven when were in Tuscaloosa. Hands down the best catfish around. The wings are delicious too.
We had an excellent experience at this spot. We loved the great vibes and the food. The staff members were super amiable. I am glad we eventually decided to try this restaurant.
