Room was big and clean. No bugs. No riff raff using drugs. The staff are super friendly. We will definitely stay again. If you're looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay come here

There’s two sides to this hotel with completely different experiences. If you’re on the first floor (under severe construction), you will be greeted by at least four roaches scurrying across the floors and walls when entering your dirty room.nWhen I asked the woman at the front desk to give me a room higher up with a few less roaches, she said the upstairs was remodeled and for guests who stay more than one night.nI’ve stayed at many hotels for one night that did not include roaches as part of the accommodations. Alas, the guy she was training kindly brought me upstairs to the favored guests floor. The room was completely remodeled and clean, no roach sightings.nThe only common theme between the two floors were a filthy hallway and stairs (no elevator here, folks).nWould I stay again? Probably not. It’s really not that hard to vacuum a floor and spray for bugs. But the staff, specifically the new person, was incredibly polite and helpful.

If you have the pleasure of staying in Tuscaloosa, you should check out Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham for your lodging options. The staff especially La Toya Henson are simply the absolute best. The team at this location is a testament to amazing customer service.nnThe facilities are very clean and extremely reasonable. I was able to get a room last minute sub 70$~. The room is far more than adequate, and the location would be hard to beat, right off the interstate surrounded by gas stations and quick food options. Off and on I-20 takes less than 3-5 mins~.nn*BOUNS* Upon arrival asking about safety of the parking lot there is an ample surveillance system and they have regular patrols with the local authorities.

came in last night. both my husband and myself took showers. woke up at 5 and he got another shower. when I had to CALLED for another towel, employee was very rude. now 9 am AND my husband is in need of a few more towels b/ c he is sick and I waited for housekeeping to get the towels. same lady, very rude again. room wasni greatest to start with. will not recommend this place.
