I am always made to feel like family when I am there. They are friendly and kind and of course do an amazing job on my hair. Kathy has my color perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go!

Kathy has been cutting and coloring my hair for years. I have trusted her recommendations for new styles or colors with great results. She is the ultimate professional has grown to be a great friend.

I was looking forward to cut color and a few highlights today at 4:30, I called them 7 hours in advance to say I would be running late due to childcare, Initially, while confirming my 3 process appointment they said being late is no problem, I can still get a hair cut at 5:30. Then they called back and canceled my appointment altogether. They told me that they made a mistake and scheduled my 4:30 cut/ color/ highlights appointment incorrectly. Kathy had a 5:00 appt. I asked, If my color was to be applied at 4:30, when was Kathy planning to cut my hair? No response. I would expect a salon that has been in business for so long would know how to schedule.
