Alex Christian was my salesman today. I have purchased 4 cars from him in the past year, he is outstanding! Any time I’m in need for a new car he is there to help and doesn’t disappoint! Very professional, nice & most certainly patient. He sold my fiancé & I both 2 vehicles today. I 10/10 recommend Alex! Best car salesman hands down!

My Toyota Tacoma's scheduled warranty service was performed promptly and professionally in a little less than an hour. I had an appointment and arrived early. My truck was attended immediately while I waited in the air-conditioned waiting area where coffee and snacks were available, although I did not use them. In about 45 minutes after my arrival (30 minutes after my appointment starting time) my truck was ready. I signed a form saying I had not been charged and was on my way. The process was easy and the Serra employees were friendly.nnAfter I returned home, I noticed the mention of a recall on my form but am not sure what to make of it as the information is vague. It appears that there is an outstanding recall that will be addressed once a solution is found at no charge to me. I regret that I did not read the paper before leaving. My only suggestion is that someone take 2 minutes to verbally explain what was done to your vehicle, even for routine maintenance. The fault is mine because I didn't ask any questions. I can also call for an explanation.nnOverall, I was very pleased with my visit. I have had limited experience with Serra, and I place a premium on up-front, honest, professional repairs with no up-selling. Until now, I have seen no indication that Serra has that reputation or practice. Should that become my experience, I would change my review.

Absolutely love this place! 11/10 would recommend! Dante Smith is the best sales consultant!! It was my first time car shopping and I told him what I wanted and he let me test drive all of the cars I liked until I found the perfect car for me. Unlike several places I visited before coming here, he let me look around and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying a car that I wasn’t satisfied with.
