We hired these guys to lay plumbing lines. They installed wrong, had to come back. Owner overbooks these guys where they cant even finish the job they have. Been a month, still have a mud hole in my back yard because they didn't level yard after laying pipes. Owner keeps making them do new jobs. All about the money instead of good performance. Big mistake hiring them!!!. Oh did I mention, rain poured into my house because they wont cover hole up.

Drain Go really came through and helped us when our septic system would not drain. Not only did we save a ton of money using them, but we called last minute and someone was still sent out to us. I will never use any other plumbing company. They are seriously the best!

Dustin King and Jared were excellent. They were very professional, descriptive of the problem, and respectful. They showed up on time and got the job knocked out. I was in panic mode when the freeze busted pipes and left us without water but these two showed up and had it back up and running in no time at a very affordable price. Thanks guys!

DO NO USE!! Very similarly to all of the other 1 star reviews, DrainGo was serviced by our home warranty company to fix a leak in our water heater and after 8 days they never fixed the issue and I had to call a separate company to come out and fix the issue that turned out to be very simple.nnTechnician wanted to replace entire unit and when the warranty company would not authorize that, Draingo stopped responding and said they wouldn’t replace parts. I was on the phone day after day trying to get hot water for my family with 2 young kids and they would not come fix the water heater. Technician was very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing.nnI do not normally leave reviews but I would tell anyone and everyone to NOT USE DRAINGO!!
