Visited the shelter today and the animals are well taken care of and the staff are helpful and friendly.
As a regular volunteer I have absolutely loved my time here! The staff is wonderful to work with and cares immensely for public safety and the health and safety of the dogs and cats that come in. They do everything they can to get the animals rescued or adopted, and have done a wonderful job on improving shelter quality. Even now they are continuing to try and make the shelter better for all and it shows! If you want a pet, I strongly encourage you to give this place a shot!
My boyfriend and I were told by Matt Farlen that he would keep us updated on our dog’s condition who has been kept there. It’s been 2 weeks and we still haven’t heard anything, and pretty sure they’ve already euthanized her without telling us.
They come out promply to pick up stray cat that was hurt
