Michael is a dedicated caring realtor. We feel lucky to have had Michael and Boston Bayside Properties sell our family home. He helped us through the process and made it as uncomplicated as possible. As the daughter of a previous Realtor I was expecting that renting through an agent would be stress free. I was excited to go through one person and have them take care of everything. However, that did not happen with Mike Bottari. I had to deal with an agent, property manager, and eventually the broker. To say this was the worst renting experience I have had to date is an understatement.nMike Bottari tries to be a fast talking sales agent. He did not follow through and I constantly had to chase for answers. He was not organized and I had to follow up on all paperwork. There were so many miss-steps in the end that the broker had to step in and save the deal.nIn general a good realtor knows it is not just about one deal or commission it is about making a lasting relationship. If you make one client happy they will refer you to family and friends. There is nothing more impactful than a personal referral. I wouldn't let Mike Bottari sell me anything again, not even ice on the hottest day of the Summer. I would rather melt!

I have done business with Boston Bayside Property for over ten years acquiring renters, maintaining my property and eventually selling my property. I have found them to be responsive, conscientious, reliable, very market savvy and highly professional. I highly recommend this agency for all aspects of residential real estate services.

The Real Estate Broker and Company were excellent Although Trinity Financial Property Management that hired this Real Estate Agency lied to the Broker's and The Tenant who signed a lease agreement with Stipulations of a NON Smoking Building . Trinity Financial Property Management chronically puts Tenants at Risk . The Chronic Smoking In the The Building @ 90 Wrentham Street Dorchester MA Is lethal and Trinity Financial Property Management Is a Fraud and legally Responsible. Iam glad That Medicare has plans starting Investigating these low life landlords.

Lydia was extremely communicative with my husband and I during this part of the home buying process. This was probably one of the most stressful parts for sure since it was the second home we put an offer on. She was always transparent with us when we weren’t sure about a certain situation and helped us gain perspective on things we should really be focusing on. Additionally, since her team reccomended our lender she was in close communication with that team to ensure our offer was accepted. Lydia comes from a family focused background and was always helping us think about our growing family. I appreciated her honesty and kindness and will definitely utilize her services in the future. Highly recommend!
