This company is not responsive enough,nall their emails ignore direct and true communication.nYou only receive the script and your questions are ignored.nI had to be the one continuously reaching out via phone or email, no sense of urgency.nLike buddy,nFine if you dont want my business but dont waste my time.nI was “pre approved” provided pay stubs and landlord reference what are we waiting for?nMoving on..

That company is the worst. They don't care about people. What a shame to talk about Advanced Property Management. They have a bad reputation. What a pity! They take forever to fix issues. Always, they have violations tickets. What a pity! Company without health, humanity!
