DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!nBy far the worst and unprofessional place/people we have attempted to work with to find an apartment. Zero stars I would give it if I could. The landlord was selling the apartment my mother had been living in for the past 15 years and had hired Gabriel Azubuike who I believe is the actual owner/broker of this “business”. Realizing he was selling a 3 family unit all occupied he could sell the home and get more business finding everyone a place. The two other families living in the units had declined since they had worked with previous realtors/Brokers in the past. My mother who has been in the same house for 15 years was very unfamiliar with how things work with finding an apartment nowadays. Accepting the help and giving him the opportunity in hopes of making this situation and transition smooth turned out it was the most regretful thing she and I could have done! Very rude, very unprofessional, calling after business hours and to the extreme he was showing up to the house uninvited & unexpectedly. It made a moving experience that can be very stressful already a lot more stressful! Go elsewhere with people who know what they’re doing and that will make it a lot easier for you and your loved ones to move! In our opinion a nightmare & worst experience ever!
