My home has been in my family for 100 years. Deciding to sell it was a decision that was traumatic for me. I had read that the key to selling your home was to be sure you had a reputable, responsible, highly qualified realtor. I had been working with another realtor but was feeling uneasy. CFS was referred to me and I followed through with a contact. Working with CFS was the best decision. I needed someone who understood and was sensitive to my attachment to the home, someone who would be patient if I vacillated, someone I could trust with a most treasured possession and of course someone who was highly qualified. Mr. Phipps at CFS explained the process of how to market my home at a fair price that would expedite the sale. I finally decided to put my home on the market where it remained for two days. Mr. Phipp's marketing plan worked quickly and efficiently surely because my home was in good condition but mostly because Mr. Phipps knew exactly what he was doing when it came to selling my beloved home.
