The nicest thing here is the landscape. Everything else is terrible! There is only one trash shoot for the entire complex, they don’t want kids playing outside, but there is no park or recreation room for them. Your neighbors will steal your packages near entrances or the mailboxes, and there are no cameras for evidence. There are tons of holes in the the buildings so everyone has MICE. The appliances are very old and outdated (from your kitchen appliances to the laundry machines), yet they’re charging people an arm and a leg. Anytime something is broken they do “patch work” and never get to the root of the issue. A lot of work needs to be done here for this place to be great!

Management & maintenance take days to do their job. I went three days with no poweer in the bedrooms because they kept procrastinating.

It has been 1 year and a half since I live in this building.nEvery week I ask for inspection but nothing is done. Currently it is 1am 02/13/2020 I can't sleep because of the mouses.nThe money per month is around 1650.nMy child is afraid my wife is afraid of mouses. you can't leave anything on the table and nowhere because of the mouses.nBuilding 50 fairlawn ave

Rat infested. Maintenance keep entering VERY OFTEN without permission. They never take their filthy shoes off when asked. Carpet traps debris from filthy shoes. First time having allergies. I need my own home to enjoy privacy. Apartment living is treated like a business place where anyone could just walk in and out as they like. Seems like they make up reasons and excuses just to enter.

As far as me visiting it appears to be a very good place to live I can speak only on the external appearance and as far as I am concerned they keep the place incredibly clean and well-kept.. I can't talk about the management because I don't live there. But each time I did visit there the place was incredibly clean. If you're a visitor please don't park in the Resident Park and you will get towed. In what interactions I did have with the management they showed a lot of courtesy indiscretion with the matter.
