My wife and I were first introduced to Will Brokhof roughly six years ago from a close friend who had recently worked with Will to buy a condo in Jamaica Plain. At the time we were renting an apartment and interested in buying a home in the area. We were anxious to move into our new home and knew there was a lot of logistics to figure out but didn’t necessarily know where to begin. The process was quite complicated due to the competitive nature of the Roslindale and Milton housing markets. Will’s experience and expertise was paramount in guiding us through both transactions and he knew exactly what to say when we were stressing about the details. We successfully closed on the sale of our house on Halloween 2018 and purchased our new home in Milton the very next day. He provided great recommendations for a lender, attorney and insurance agent, which we have continued to use. Will has helped us purchase two homes and sell one all three with overwhelming success.
