Hot hot water, comfy beds and quiet rooms. Customer service was nice and informative. Good selection from the market and the Starbucks was downstairs. Room was large and had dual ac system so the bedroom could be cooler than the living room. AGAIN THE WATER WAS HOT FOREVER.

Needed a place to stay for my surgery, and when we arrived and went to our room, it was locked from the inside safety lock, which I found very strange. Maintenance came and opened it, which took away us having time to get my toddler some lunch before my after on of appointments. When we walked in, the room reeked, lights on, dirty towels in the floor and the bed had been slept in. Unsettling to me was the fact I noticed the adjoining room door unlocked, so it appeared someone was using that room without anyone aware. We had to go wait on another room, which kind of defeated our purpose in coming to check in before everything. Room was nice that we got, but the sheets on the bed were basically paper. Fortunately, we were able to get some extra blankets. It started off as a bad experience. I’m still not happy that the only consolation I received was a, “Sorry. Our computers showed that open.” However, the rest of the stay ended up being okay. Not the best, not the worst, but I’d still choose elsewhere if we return. No free breakfast either.

This place is awesome! It may look old on the outside, but I can assure you it’s very much up to speed and style on the inside. Cool staff, the walls aren’t thin, and the beds are actually comfy.

Awful. Woke up to bed bugs on my pillow and bites on my face and body. I was able to take a photo, verified with a pest control expert that it is absolutely a bed bug, but hotel claims it isn’t rather than addressing the issue and protecting their other guests. My room was located directly across from linens room so it’s likely the issue is widespread in other rooms - do not stay here.

Came to town for a funeral. I reserved 2 rooms. One room air didn't work. Front desk clerk claims the unit had just been fixed came in room trying to fix it. But it didn't work. Claim to put us in another room and never did. Ice machine didn't work. Room had no iron or hair dryer. After I made it home I seen the hotel charge me again after I've booked and paid thru Expedia. I been trying to call and can't get anyone to answer. Never again will I stay here
