Hot tub jets didn't work and that was the main reason I booked the room. Room had a funny smell would not recommend
It was great. The staff was friendly, room was clean. I got a great room for a great price. We had to upgrade tho because the room we purchased on the website wasnt available. However that's not their fault it's the way the system links with the website. So outside of that it was just what I needed. Wasnt above my expectations but definitely and most importantly it wasnt below them. So all in all. If your looking to stay there I say do it.
Not a great place to stay. Rude staff. Staff doesn't wear mask. No hot water in rooms. They need to do better.
Checked into a Jacuzzi suite at about 10:45. Checked out at 11:15. No hot water, the heater didn't work. The clock radio didn't work. And, when I picked up the phone to call the office to complain... The phone didn't work either.
I recommend nobody coming here they double charged me and when i told them about it less than 10 mins later i was meet with nothing but disrespect i was basically told i was lying and didn't know what i was talking about. I called my bank.and let the manager Mike even talk to the bank associate we both told him about the charge and all he did was lie and said there wasnt a charge and said he refunded the money after telling he didn't charge me at all looking story short i had to make a dispute claim because the manager Mike recused to help our listen period the room was nasty and i never will be coming here again terrible stay..
