Got 5h late for appointment and got unloaded in 20min nice!!
Nice people, you will check in with security guard and he will call the warehouse to see if they need your parts. If not, I waited 23hrs to get unloaded, there is plenty of parking out on the road and Walmart will deliver there. The problem at Polaris as it was described to me was-warehouse space for the parts. And I saw their lack of space when I finally delivered.nSo it’s not the people or slowness, it’s the upper management problem to deal with the overflow. Just make sure your broker pays detention up to 24hrs.nGood luck
I waited 7 hours to get the dock for unloading. People are not lazy, they work all the time, the guy at check-in is very kind but the organization is very bad. Zero stars for management!
