We had originally booked a hotel across town, unknowing of the area. We canceled that and had no reservations made. We drove across town and found this location around 8pm. Natalie was super friendly and helped us get registered and find a comfy room. Check in was a breeze & there was even a little mini-store there and we bought microwavable pizza since we didn't want to head back out. We went to our room to find a very nicely remodeled bathroom, two very clean beds. I felt like we were in an upscale hotel! When we checked out the manager/owner (sorry, I didn't get his name) was so helpful in letting us switch the account to be able to get our Wyndham reward for the night. Oh and there was hot biscuits and delicious coffee accompanied with cinnamon pinwheels and juice...excellent breakfast. The pool area was nice and clean! The hot tub was so relaxing and gave me the energy I needed to walk the Space & Rocket Center. I also left a pair of earrings there by accident. When I called Natalie said she was logging them into the safe! This was one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel in years. Thank you for that :)
The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and towels and bed sheets were nice and white like new. I especially liked the UHD-TV in my room. Its close to the airport and pilots stay the so its a little pricey but worth it.
Flight attendant and Bill our shuttle driver was the nicest man. Travel all over as you can imagine and meet many people. Bill so helpful, hospitable, and goes out of his way to make your stay perfect from beginning to end going back to airport. All staff very nice. Please let Bill know he was given a 5 star rating for his 8 years of superb service!
The hotel was clean and comfortable. For some reason the room doors slammed really hard. It was easy to know when someone was coming or leaving their room. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.
Very nice. The toilet stopped up and they gave us a plunger to do our own maintenance. Other than that we have a great stay. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great
