I had a 100% positive experience during my stay here. The hotel was very clean and seemed to be new. The rooms and furniture were in very good condition and was equipped with your standard refrigerator and microwave. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Continental breakfast was available at that time, and I looked forward to that each morning. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Finally, the location was very good with several good restaurants in walking distance. I plan on returning in July and will stay right here at the Holiday Inn Express!
Room was very nice and clean. Everyone wore masks and I felt safe. Didn't have morning buffet but could take a breakfast sandwich and coffee to go.
I have always loved Holiday Inn Express. However, we are 99% certain that our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Our bed was made but we are pretty sure that the sheets were not changed. They, including the pillowcases, were wrinkled as if someone's head was resting on it. Not as if they were wrinkled from a dryer. Also, there were no soaps or lotion in the bathroom and only 2 towels. The floors were not swept, the refrigerator was unplugged and there was hair in the shower. Don't think we will use IHG again.
Very clean, and I loved the decor. The gentleman on the night shift was super friendly and helpful. Nicest hotel I've been in in awhile!
No pool because of Covid. Beds are soft and room is clean. Breakfast is to go items.
