We always love taking our car here because of the great service but today I came in a rental car due to an unfortunate event with our regular car that is in the shop. I fully expected to pay for my visit but one of the reps made sure that I didn’t have to pay for it since we have a membership! He went the extra mile to make sure to take care of us! That blows me away! Their service really shines through! It is totally worth paying extra even with the membership because of the service. Keep providing great service Mister Car wash! If I could make any suggestions it would be nice to have fragrance boosters! Not complaining though! ud83dude42ud83dudcaf

Fast wash for those days when you would like to get in and out. Lines can back up some days, but they have really improved the speed of which they get people in and out though i do sometimes get nervous by how close the car behind you can be at times. If anything stopped you inside I feel they would bump you. But once you are through you can use one of the many vacuums they have which is included in your wash payment. Though if you want to use them try to go in the week as on the weekend it can fill up quite fast with people that want to do EVERYTHING to their car at that moment. But I have enjoyed using it on days when I do my shopping at the Wal-Mart behind it.

From what I'm told.n1. = bug spray is used only IF bugs are in sight to spray.nThe chemical in spray works to take off bugs only.n2. = was told they only scrub car if needed.nThe brush will not be used on *bird poop*nBird poop has seeds... therefore will scratch the. car and other cars cause of seeds in bird poop.nThe bird poop would stay in the brush and will scratch cars.n3. = hitches on truck will get a 100% better wash ..IF the hitches are taken off. This way the wraps can touch the full back of truck or cars to clean/wash better.

My rating of Mister car wash has went down since I have bought the unlimited car washes. Seems like it would go up because customer service should always be good but when you buy the unlimited and pay every month you should get a little bit of extra special treatment! But the last seven times I've been through no one has sprayed the front of my car off before going in and sometimes it may be a deluxe car wash sometimes it may be the base car wash is hit or miss. I guess I could always go back to the other guys!?

Pros:nComparable prices to other car washes in the area.nVacuums and machines in good working order.nBathrooms clean and well maintained.nnCons:nNo staff doing pre-brush of overhangs and crevices like at other car washes at the area.nStaff monitoring payment kiosks didn't actually sanitize kiosk, just kind of made a show of waving a dry cloth over it.
