Paid for a subscription and used it once and the back of my car was still dirty. I ask why they didn’t have the brushes to use to clean that as you’re heading into the wash like other places around town and they said management took that away. So I asked to cancel my membership after I went through and they did, but then didn’t want to let me wash my car and still use it one last time. They did after I told them I was going through the wash. Then while in the wash, there was a collision between two cars and they had to stop it. So many issues with this location. I really hope they can take a look at some of them. You’re driving business away.
Generally this has been the best place to get your vehicle washed. However, over the last month or so their equipment has been faulty as well as staff. Just to mention 2 incidents. I purchased one of their more expensive wash and did not get the results desired nor what was to be expected from the contents of the purchase. Another day most recent as yesterday I purchased a wash and the front of my vehicle was not clean nor did staff use the the brush to clean prior to entering the carwash. I was able to request it to be done correctly and received another wash and other times assistance or a wash....
Place is great. Good water pressure, good quality soap, brush is always clean and the vending machines are always stocked up with supplies.
No vacuum suction, no wiping cloths,did not air dry well worst visit ever had.want be going back.
This place use to be better. The staff act like they don't want to work here, not friendly at all. The was is ok and doesn't dry your car at all. The vacuum suction is not strong at all. It took for ever to clean my mats. I wo t be coming back here anymore to waste money.
