I'd classify this experience as a management fail. The men who are washing the trucks seem to be doing as good as they were trained. They seem to have no direction or sense of team work. May I suggest some sort of incentive pay plan too. If someone were to show these men how to work together and give them a drive, I believe they could do a good fast job and be more productive. Counting the one in the bay when I arrived, I was the fith in line. 2.5 hours later, I got an okay job.
Only truck at this wash, for good reason- now I know why. The Blue Beacon next door, line was backed out into the street. My impatience bought me experience, worst wash and worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bobtailed in, back of the sleeper is basically untouched. 2 out of 6 rims look unwashed. Pretty sure the pink haired kid missed the whole bottom side skirt on the passenger side. Charged $44, can't believe this place is still in business.
No stars. Thought I would give it a try since it’s under new management. I should have followed the advice of others and gone to the blue beacon. 72 bucks for a “wash”. My 9 year old could have done a better job.
Absolutely the slowest truck wash Ive ever been to, its like the JV squad of wash teams!nI can wash a truck and trailer by myself faster than these guys
My experience at this wash was good. I was happy with the service, and I'm kinda picky. I talked to Adam ,the manager, and he seems to care about his duties.
