The day crew is great!! The night crew is usually okay but, the past couple of times I came here they messed up my order. They also mocked me for ordering what I wanted the way I wanted. They need to learn how to respect others. I was being very nice don’t need any kinda rudeness.
Cold sloppy taco with soured beans! Second and last time trying Jackson location. Never had a bad experience at a Taco Bell. Leave it to Jackson to screw up something as simple as Taco Bell. Thomasville location is much better!
The inside was not clean as it should be with a pandemic. I went through the drive through after seeing inside. My daughter took my order and while I was getting my food several of her co workers were very rude
Staff is friendly and courteous and the food is hot when you get it!! The sweet tea is awesome!
Service was trash! Got the drink wrong! Made a burrito i ordered! The rest of my food (3 tacos Supreme) was very cold. Like it just came out the refrigerator.
