Had my car detailed inside and out before I went into labor with my little girl. They did an amazing job and cleaned and sanitized my entire car. Will definitely be going back regularly.

Several Issues-nWhen using a cell phone, make sure to read the entire description that is listed after clicking the booking button. The $99 special is only applicable to cars. While annoyed that I didn't realize I had to pay more, that was my bad, and isn't the reason for 1 star.nPicked my SUV up yesterday and paid $125 for the 4+ hour cleaning package since I booked online.nnThe package was supposed to include-nCarpet & seats HOT SHAMPOO & vacnPet hair removal ( additional cost for excess pet hair )nFloor mats cleaned & scrubbednAir purging (remove dust & debris)nVinyl, leather and trim are cleaned and conditionednDashboard, gauges, console, door panels cleaned and dressednCargo area cleaned and detailednOdor removal / elimination (additional charge)nAir freshenernHeadliner cleaned (additional charge)nInterior windows cleanednnExterior foam bath & hand washnFULL HAND WAXnBug removalnWheel / tire / wheel well cleaningnExterior window cleaningnClay treatment (cleans paint)nBuff and shinenTire & plastic trim dressingnBlack trim restore (additional charge)nnI did not choose any of the additional charge items. I also do not have carpet. While the outside of the SUV looked pretty sweet, the shine did start to wear off as soon as you even touched the car. The product used made the paint show finger prints very pronounced, I was still pretty satisfied with the job done.nnUntil the next day after I get off of work the car is steaming inside and smells a little off. One of the reasons I chose to get my SUV detailed was because the back seat had a spot that needed to be cleaned. One of the photos is the remainder of the spot that I discovered when I pulled my rear seat up.nnI'm not sure if they didn't realize my seats were water resistant or were just careless, but my other discovery was puddles of dirty nasty water. Maybe if I had carpets it would have soaked in, but this grossness puddled on the rubber liner, then sat all day in a closed vehicle in our current heat situation (95+ outside).nnSo I spent $125 and then the very next day had to pull up the rubber floor liner and soak up the nasty dirty water from the back seat as shown in the other two photos. Plus the guy was rude when I asked about the price difference, their credit card machine was down, and I didn't even get my air freshener.nnNo I don't plan on going back which is their loss as I was hopeful to get a quote on having our motorhome washed and other services such as headlight restoration etc.

My car looked like the day I bought it from the dealership thats how good of a job they did.
